We focus on life and career readiness, violence prevention, reducing recidivism, one-on-one male mentorship, and behavioral health support—because we believe that change starts with opportunity, guidance, and a strong support system.

At 2 Eazy Cares, our mission is to uplift and empower individuals by addressing the root causes of violence and behavioral issues, supporting those reentering society, and fostering personal growth through mentorship and mental health resources. We are committed to helping young men navigate life’s challenges, make positive choices, and create brighter futures for themselves and their families.
What We Do
STS DREAMS
Workforce Development Program
STS DREAMS workforce development program designed to equip individuals with in-demand skills for today’s evolving job market. Our mission is to bridge the gap between education and employment by providing hands-on training in high-growth industries, ensuring that participants gain the knowledge, certifications, and experience needed for sustainable careers and economic independence.
Violence Prevention
We take a proactive approach to reducing violence by working directly with individuals, families, and communities. Through education, intervention, and outreach, we promote peaceful solutions and conflict resolution strategies.
Reducing Recidivism
We support individuals transitioning out of the justice system with the resources, job training, and guidance they need to rebuild their lives. Our programs focus on second chances and helping people break the cycle of incarceration.
One-on-One Male Mentorship

Behavioral Health Support
